Lake Davis, in Orlando Florida has high- style roots to architectural design. This home has roots dating back to 1940s but was given a total overhaul to keep the bungalow elements while adding a second floor. Large glass with exposed SDL were sourced to keep the feel of the older window styles. Light, bright and open design with front porch and balcony overlooking the lake. The goal- make it feel like it could have been there all along. We think it was a success.
